WHEN DESIGN MEETS FASHION-MILAN DESIGN WEEK 2011

The Milan Design Week (Salone Internazionale del Mobile) that took place between 11 and 17 of april 2011 was a reflection on design, on the world of industry, on creativity, as well as on culture. 
Salone, as it's popularly known, was founded in 1961 thanks to the insight of a small group of furniture makers, who were the driving force of the trade association Federlegno-Arredo. It soon became the most keenly awaited event in the world of furniture.
