GAS Spring/Summer 2010 campaign |
Milan, April 2011
The wardrobe’s most basic item, the t-shirt, is given a new value. All that thanks to 7 graphic designers who took a challenge to create graphics for a capsule collection of GAS T-shirts. GAS, the well-known jeanswear brand exists on the market for more than 25 years.
These T-shirts in limited edition were created for the Graphic Design Worlds exhibition at the Triennale Design Museum in Milan. The designers experimented with their interpretation of the reality that surrounds us, developing a dialogue between various sectors such as art, music, fashion, cinema and architecture.
As Barbara Grotto, head of GAS Communications, says about the project “a genuine moment of fusion between two of the most dynamic, modern artistic expressions – design and fashion”.
